Thanks for sorting out our heli transfers (& the lovely upgraded heli for the return journey)
Whitetracks Helicopters have access to the largest fleet of passenger carrying aircraft across the French Alps, Switzerland, Italy and Austria. We manage this by working with every helicopter company based in and around the French Alps area, Switzerland, Italy and Austria. This ultimately means we can offer every type of helicopter possible to fly you in or out of Les Arcs whether you are coming in from, or going to a destination in France, Switzerland, Italy or Austria.
By working with everyone it means Whitetracks Helicopters can provide the widest range of different types of helicopter; small and large, single and twin engine, comfort and prestige VIP models. It also means we know who has closest (meaning the least amount of distance to travel in order to collect you - saving on positioning costs) for the helicopter of the type you require in order to be able to give you the best price possible for the particular transfer that you have requested.
Listed in the sub-menu are the types, makes and models of helicopter that are available at Les Arcs Helicopters disposal that can fly in and out of Les Arcs. They are all located at various resorts, towns, cities and airports throughout the French Alps and the other countries that Whitetracks Helicopters operate.
Please note: without prior and special permission French helicopters are not allowed to fly other countries internal flights i.e. Swiss airports to Swiss ski resorts, this also applies vice versa Swiss helicopters are not allowed to fly internal French flights. However, they are allowed to fly from one country to another. A prime example of this would be Geneva Contrin International airport (Genf) in Switzerland, which is a major gateway not only to the Swiss Alps but also to the French Alps.
Examples of country to country flights would include; Geneva airport to Les Arcs, Swiss airport to French ski resort or Les Arcs to St Moritz - French ski resort to Swiss ski resort. When a helicopter crosses country borders it may be necessary for the helicopter to briefly stop somewhere for customs on the way to the final destination.
